After receiving some ideas from D.J., Kimmy, Stephanie, and Steve, Jesse decides to reopen Smash Club as a place where anyone can come to listen to new and loud music from new bands -- with no age limit, just like it was before at Smash Club, when people had to be 21 or older to enter. Jesse's plans also state that no alcoholic beverages will be served in "The New Smash Club." Jesse and Joey head to Smash Club, which is, of course, a mess.
